Description: Abstract Biological images are extremely useful in the educational process. However, slides or photographs are difficult to catalog or identify. Using Kodak PhotoCDs, relational databases and Web technologies, a system for entry and retrieval has been developed as a joint project between the UGA Entomology Department and the Warnell School of Forest Resources, and Georgia Southern University Computer Science Department.
