Title: Tree anchorage & root strength manual
Description: There has been a proliferation of tree anchorage research in the last decades. Most of the research published in the best peer-reviewed, scientific journals have focused on forest stands, steep slopes, and single tree failure risks. Research groups from the European Union (France, United Kingdom, and Italy in particular), Japan, Canada, and New Zealand have led the way in understandings regarding root strength and tree anchorage. This paper reviews and integrates a number of these research findings.
